It’s a pleasure to meet you. My name is Raiza, and I am passionate about providing the support that a mother and her family need before, during, and after birth. For a baby and their environment to be well, the mother must be well. I firmly believe that a mother should have someone with whom she can be transparent without being judged, someone to hold her hand as she navigates the path of motherhood.
As a birth and postpartum doula with 10 years of experience, I am also a lactation educator and have a degree in preschool education from Venezuela, which has allowed me to facilitate infant stimulation classes. For me, being a doula before and after becoming a mother myself has led me to connect, respect, and help from a more human perspective, fostering a sense of sisterhood and camaraderie with the families I support.
Un placer conocerte, mi nombre es Raiza y soy una apasionada del apoyo y soporte que necesita una madre y su familia, antes, durante y después del nacimiento. Para que un bebe y su entorno estén bien, la mamá tiene que estar bien. Y soy fiel creyente que la madre debe tener a alguien con quien pueda ser transparente sin ser juzgada, alguien que le de la mano mientras va por el camino de la maternidad. Como Doula de parto y post parto tengo 10 años de experiencia, soy educadora de lactancia, Graduada en educación preescolar en Venezuela lo que me ha permitido también facilitar clases para bebés. para mi, ser Doula antes y después de ser madre me llevó a conectar, respetar y ayudar desde una perspectiva más humana y tener esa hermandad y complicidad con las familias.
