Hi! My name is Carlota—but people call me Charly for short
Originally from Spain, I followed my heart (and my husband) to Norway in 2010, where I began the wild and transformative journey of becoming a mother to three. That experience sparked a deep passion for nurturing and supporting other women through birth and the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
Since 2015, I’ve been walking alongside families—online and in person—through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My work blends solid professional training with real-life wisdom from my own journey: everything from hospital, medicated, natural, and water births to over a decade of breastfeeding experience ,tandem nursing, bottle feeding and babywearing.
Now living in the U.S., I’m proud to continue supporting families as a birth and postpartum doula, breastfeeding counselor, and—most importantly—a supporter of your motherhood, rooted in informed and empowered choices. I bring heart, humor, and a whole lot of hands-on experience to everything I do.
