Located near Aventura, our in-person childbirth classes are perfect to educate and prepare you for your birthing day. Learn the physiology of instinctive birth and how self-hypnosis can be used to enter a deep state of relaxation during labor. In addition to HypnoBirthing® – The Mongan Method, we also offer the following classes & workshops:

Aventura Doulas
Most of our certified birth and postpartum doulas service families who live in or near Aventura. Whether you are planning to birth at home, a birth center, or a hospital, we can help.
Birth Doula: Provides emotional support, physical support, and informational resources during pregnancy, birth, and the immediate postpartum period.
Postpartum Doula: Provides emotional support, physical support, and informational resources to help parents through the transition that is the first few weeks and months after welcoming a new baby. Also, provide breastfeeding support.
Full Spectrum Doulas: Are trained to provide both birth and postpartum support.
